Of octagonal form, decorated in gold and silver hiramaki-e and hirame on a gold ground, with scattered cherry blossom sprays, petals, and ferns, the fitted tray to the interior similarly decorated, gilt-copper fittings in the form of a cherry blossom, black lacquer interiors with hirame, lead rims
