Details
The first decorated in gold and silver hiramaki-e, takamaki-e, togidashi, aoikin, oki hirame, and kirikane against a black lacquer ground, with a night scene of an open gateway beside a blossoming cherry tree from which petals fall, and young pine beneath a crescent moon, the reverse with a thatched teahouse beside a stream, nashiji interiors and risers, fundame rims, signed to the base in raised gold lacquer Choko and with kakihan; attached metalwork ojime chiselled, engraved and highlighted in gilt with a swallow in flight and a spray of cherry blossoms

The second decorated in iroe-hiramaki-e, hirame, and inlaid with mother-of-pearl with numerous horses, nashiji risers and interiors, fundame rims
