1900: slight corner creasing, final advertisement leaf torn at edges, lacks 3 further advertisement leaves at end.
1902: inscription at head of wrapper (H. Grierson, Grand Hotel, Leicester).
1903: lacks front advertisements.
1905: front wrapper with small corner tear.
1906: wrappers somewhat worn, bookplate (The Bridge Bequest) on verso of front wrapper.
1907: lacks first advertisement leaf.
1908: plate slightly spotted.
1909: small nicks to front wrapper, slight losses to rear wrapper.
1912: light soiling to wrappers which are mounted on guards.

The condition of lots sold can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
