Dated spring, gengxu year (1970)
NOTE:
Born in Meixian County, Guangdong, Huang Jusu was a politician, painter, poet and collector during the Republic of China. Huang was a Buddhist and was Huang Binhong's student and confidant and one of his most important promoters in Guangdong and Hong Kong.

NOTE:
Wu Ming (1902-?), courtesy name Zhongming, was born in Xinhui, Guangdong, and was a calligrapher, painter and collector. He was the director of the Guangzhou Municipal Infectious Disease Hospital and the Foshan Municipal Hospital. He went to Macau during the Second Sino-Japanese War and set up a clinic there.

NOTE:
He Guanwu, originally known as He Shou, was active collector and artist in Guangzhou during the early twentieth century. He participated in the Guihai Cooperative Painting Society (the predecessor of the Chinese Painting Research Society) in 1923.
