The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The canvas, stretcher and attachments are in generally good condition. The work is structurally sound. The work is discoloured. There is some minor staining in places. There is some wear and rubbing to the extreme edges and corners. There are surface irregularities in places, coherent with the nature of the material/technique used. It is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
