Gong Pengcheng obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Taiwan Normal University, and is a well-known contemporary scholar who has lectured in China, Taiwan, Europe and the United States. He has founded universities, publishing houses, magazines, academies, etc., and has studied the history of scholarship and literature. He has published more than 150 books, and held calligraphy exhibitions Hangzhou, Taipei, Paris, Tokyo, Macau.
