The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
1. Boating in River:
-There are some light mould spots on the left side of the painting.
-The painting is in overall very good condition.

2. Chanting in Autumn Forest:
-There are some mould spots in the upper left part and along the bottom edge of the painting
-There are some folding lines in the middle of the painting.
-There are minor paper damages near the lower right corner of the painting.
-The work is in overall very good condition.
