NOTE:
Liang Zhongming , alternatively known as Xiewu, was born in Shunde, Guangdong. Once serving as Editor-in-chief of the Whampoa Pictorial, he was known for his caricature that made pungent comments upon contemporary events. He and his two brothers--Liang Dingming and Liang Youming—were all recognized artists in the Republic of China Army.
