The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Xu Lin work:
-the painting paper is uneven; there are quite a few stain marks, which mainly concentrate on the top and right top area, there is a obvious fold line at the bottom edge; otherwise it is in very good condition.

Dai Bing work:
-the painting paper has turned yellow, there are a few restoration traces at the top and along the edges; otherwise it is in overall very good condition.

Xu Sanchun work:
-There are a few significant stain marks; otherwise it is in overall very good condition.

Shen Wei work:
-there are a few stains which mainly present at the top of the painting; otherwise it is in overall excellent condition.
