Dedicated to Chongshi (Lin Jin, 1923-2004)
One collector's seal of Au Chun-hung (1917-1994)

NOTE:
A native of Canton, Au Chun-hung (1917-1994) was a renowned Hong Kong-based collecter of Chinese paintings and calligraphies, whose studio name is Xiong Zhai. A close friend of many Chinese modern masters, amongst whom were Zhang Daqian, Pu Ru, Fu Baoshi, Zhao Shao’ang and Lin Fengmian, Au was able to build a collection where the quantity is as high as its quality.
The recipient of the painting, Chongshi, is Mr Lin Jin (1923-2004), a famous painter and calligrapher in Macau.
