The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
1. ZUO PEI Eight-character Calligraphic Couplet in Regular Script:
- There are some mould spots and stain throughout the work.
- There are some minor paper flaking at the right quadrant of the work.
- There are some holes throughout the work.
- There are restored crackings at the bottom.
-The work is in overall good condition.

2. ZHANG QIGAN Calligraphy in Running Script:
-There are some mould spots and paper buckling on the painting.
-The painting is in overall good condition.

3. ZHANG YINGQIU Flowers and Rocks:
-There are mulitple mould spots, stains and creases on the painting.
-There are some silk losses and cracking.
-There might be some texts were removed in the upper right quadrant and in the bottom left hand corner.
-The painting is in overall fair condition.
