The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In addition to or in elaboration of the lot description:
- a strip of approximately 1-2 mm. of the subject trimmed off at left.
- several small paper losses along the left sheet edge.
- the lower right sheet corner creased, with small paper losses and tears, backed.
- a backed tear at the upper left sheet corner.
- a few other short, repaired tears elsewhere.
- the sheet toned and slightly stained.
- with the usual central crease, mostly visible verso.
- some other, minor defects.
