The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Oil on canvas. Not lined. Minor frame abrasion with some associated tiny losses and wear of the canvas at the tips of the corners with some associated small pigment losses in places. Slight undulation of the canvas towards the upper right corner. A few fine lines of drying craquelure in the lower right corner and one or two fine lines elsewhere. Examined under ultra-violet light. A possible small spot of green cosmetic retouching at the left lower edge.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
