The oval painting has been transferred from a panel onto canvas and exhibits the vertical cracks that result in the panel’s flattening. Extensive restoration to the vertical cracks is visible, with further restoration in the landscape. Ultraviolet examination reveals the aforementioned restorations and shows further restoration to the background of the sky as well as to the edges.
