The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Oil on board. Examined out of the frame. There is some minor frame abrasion and associated small losses to the extreme edges of the board. There are two artist's pinholes at the right vertical edge. On very close inspection, there appear to be some small surface abrasions on the central barn's roof and lower wall of the left building. One further very small loss to the lower right quadrant. There is some minor surface dirt. Examined under ultraviolet light, there are a few tiny scattered flecks across the upper edge. Subject to the above the work appears to be very good overall condition.
