The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Pencil and watercolour on paper. Examined out of the frame. The original sheet is secured at the reverse edges to a supporting non acidic mount, which is hinged at the upper extreme edge. The sheet is presented in a window mount. Some minor surface dirt predominantly to the extreme edges and upper right corner. Subject to the above the work appears to be in very good overall condition.
