The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Pencil and watercolour on paper. Examined out of the frame. The original sheet is secured on the reverse at the extreme edges to a supporting non acidic sheet. The sheet is presented in a window mount. Some light surface dirt, with some further staining, predominantly to the upper right corner and extreme edges. Subject to the above the work appears to be in very good overall condition.
