The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In overall good condition, with some minor wear to the enamels and some slight glaze crazing and staining throughout. Very slight surface scratching and occasional minute abrasion.
Three oval shaped serving-dishes in sizes -- in good decorative order.
Two large circular serving-dishes -- in good decorative order.
Three further circular serving-dishes in sizes -- The smallest with a star-shaped hairline crack to the centre. The others in good order.
Two large basins -- One example with some small and minute rim chips and an associated hairline crack. The other example has been broken through and restored with some associated overpainting. It has been sprayed to conceal the damage, but this spray has discoloured and leaves a matte look. The crack is partly visible beneath this restoration. Some further small associated chips to the rim.
One slightly smaller basin -- With a small rim chip, and an associated hairline crack.
Thirty-one dinner-plates -- One example with a small hairline crack to the rim. Two examples with small chips to the foot rim, some of which have been restored. Fourteen examples with small chips to the rim, and underside of the rim. Some of these have been restored and sprayed to conceal that damage, the spray has then discoloured leaving a slightly matte appearance. One example has been broken through and restored. The rest in good order.
Nineteen soup-plates -- Two examples with minute chips to the rim, of these two examples, one has had its chip restored. A further example with a small chip to the rim, and the foot rim. Another example with two restored chips to the underside of the rim, both of which have been sprayed to conceal the damage. This spray has then discoloured slightly, leaving a matte apearance. A further example with a large chip and loss to the rim and the side of the central well. The remaining examples in good order.
Three side-plates -- One example with a small chip to the rim. The rest in good order.
Sixteen small shallow bowls -- Eight examples with small rim chips, some of which have been restored. The rest on good order.
