In German, one page, 140 x 90mm. Curiously, the post office has marked the addressee as ‘unknown’ and the card to be returned to sender.

A lightning visit to Switzerland.

Einstein has just arrived in Lucerne, and is to lecture on the Saturday; he has then to ‘steam off’ to Leiden, so will not have time to visit Berne, but ‘I would be very happy if I could see you’.
