Publications on quantum theory and field theory.

Einstein has sent Besso the work Albert Einstein: Philosopher-Scientist (1949), noting that 'I am sending it to you because of the debate about the foundations of quantum theory. I have now brought the field theory to a satisfactory conclusion (but not the comparison with facts)'. This will appear as an appendix to the forthcoming edition of Relativity, the special and the general theory (London, 1952), which Einstein will also send when it comes out.
