210 x 265 x 149mm. Comprised of two clear plastic hemispheres carrying the stars and constellations labelled to be read in projection. Internal halogen bulb, four point compass to base. Provenance: the estate of Professor Stephen Hawking.

A model of the night sky. This globe adorned the bookshelves of Hawking's home library in Cambridge.
