The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The canvas is lined. There are two faint surface scratches near the lower right edge. Upon inspection under UV light, there are a handful of small retouches to the background at right, a few small lines of retouch in the hair of the woman seated in white, and a small spot of retouch on the collar of the seated older woman.
