The panel is cradled and flat. The surface is dirty and the varnish is discolored. There is frame abrasion at the extreme edges. Upon inspection under UV light, there are a few possible re-touches on the post at left. There are also possible restorations to a crack in the panel running horizontally through the background at left, approximately 7 inches from lower edge. There are possible restorations at the extreme edges. The varnish is quite opaque and difficult to read through. There are two repaired horizontal panel cracks extending from the right edge, each approximately 1 inch in length.
