The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The panel has beveled edges. The surface is stable and there is light surface dirt present. Under UV light inspection, there is retouching at the extreme edges to address frame abrasion. There is retouching in the water at the left corner, along the lower edge near the right corner, and in the sky left of the dome spire, and the right of the base of the dome. There is a one inch line of retouchin in the water under the right tip of the docked gondolas. There is a small area of retouching in the sky to the left of the holden spire figure at center.
