The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sculpture presents well with a clean and bright surface. The stone with very minor natural colorations and inclusions. Light surface dirt in the crevices and minor nibbles at the base. A few very minor filled inclusions to the edge of the base of the figure. A possible and clever repair to the right pinky. Area of light grey discoloration in the nook of the left elbow.

The pedestal constructed in three pinned sections. Expected and minor nicks and nibbles to the edge of the top and octagonal base. The lower beveled edge of the central column with three one inch chips associated with multiple assemblies.

The figure: approximately 15 in. at the widest point, 15 in. at the deepest point, 12 1/2 in. diameter at the base.
