The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet has been hinged to an acid free backing board. There is a minor tear extending from the bottom edge of the sheet to the bottom of the boat at left. There are a few small areas of foxing. The colors are well-preserved.
