LOUIS RIGOLLET
Louis Rigollet was a Parisian jeweller registered from 1924 to 1937.
The workshop was entrusted with the manufacture of jewels for leading Parisian maisons, notably Lacloche Frères, and examples bearing his mark are also found on jewels created for René Boivin and Van Cleef & Arpels.
His work reflects the precise, geometric aesthetic and sophisticated diamond-set designs characteristic of the Art Deco period. In 1941, Rigollet entered into partnership with Ulmer, a German jeweller based in Paris, best known for his innovative chain creations and for lending his name to the iconic Ulmer link.
