Original black cloth, printed paper labels, fore-edge untrimmed (discoloration to fore-edge of both cloth covers); pictorial jacket printed in black and gold designed by Cleon (Cleonike Damianakes) and with author portrait by John Blomshield (some toning, chiefly to spine panel, folds and edges, light edge-wear including two closed tears to top edge, less than 1.5 cm); custom box.
