Lot Essay

Li Hanfen, who styled himself as Xianzong and Shouyi, was a native of Xiangshan County, Guangdong province. An Imperial Scholar during the Guangxu era, Li was the Director of Education of Guangdong province during the early-Republic era. He was also the author of Meiyuanconggao and Gailanqiyanji.
