Excerpt from Analects and The Art of War in Seal Script
Qian Dajun went abroad to Japan to study artillery in 1917 and returned to serve as Whampoa Military Academy Instructor. Later, he served key military positions in the Republican Army under Chiang Kai-shek. Qian had extensive knowledge of ancient Chinese literature and calligraphy, and wrote important documents for Chiang during the war.
