The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Flowers and Birds with Calligraphy:
-There are multiple rips at the top edge;
-There are multiple fold lines due to the nature of the format;
-It is in our opinion that the folding fan is in overall very good condition.
Landscape with Calligraphy:
-There are a few stains at the upper right and upper left corner;
-There are multiple fold lines due to the nature of the format;
-It is in our opinion that the folding fan is in overall very good condition.
