Calligraphic Couplet in Clerical Script

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
-There are multiple creases and stains all over the work;
-there are some water stains at the upper area of two lines and lower left quadrant of the first line;
-there are some scratches at the middle right area of the first line and a long vertical rip at the lower half of the second line;
-it is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.
