Specialist Note:
This collection of paintings formerly comes from a private European collector of Chinese art and paintings. The name of the original collector was Klaus Mülstroh. He was surely a great lover of Chinese paintings because he had a collector’s seal carved for him, and used it on his collection. The seal reads Mu Lesi, the Chinese transliteration of his name.
