A GILT-BRONZE FIGURE OF AMITAYUS
18TH CENTURY
The figure is seated in dhyanasana on a double-lotus base with the hands held in the lap holding the vase of amrita, dressed in loose-fitting robes decorated and adorned with jewelry. The hair is pulled up into a topknot behind a five-point foliate crown. The base is sealed and incised with a double-vajra.
