A GREYISH-WHITE JADE 'DRAGON' FINIAL
MING DYNASTY, 13TH-14TH CENTURY
The finial is well carved in openwork with a five-clawed dragon, with its body coiled, holding a flaming pearl amidst lotus stems and accompanied by mythical beasts. The stone is of greyish-white color with some russet markings.
