A LONGQUAN CELADON FLUTED PEAR-SHAPED VASE
SOUTHERN SONG-YUAN DYNASTY (1127-1368)
The body is molded with multiple lobes rising from a pedestal foot to the everted rim, the neck flanked by a pair of lion-mask handles suspending fixed rings. The vase is covered with a glaze of soft pale-green tone.
