THREE SMALL PALE GREENISH-WHITE JADE ‘ANIMAL’ CARVINGS
QING DYNASTY AND LATER
One is carved as a figure of a horse shown standing with head lowered atop a wave base, the body vertically pierced for suspension; one is carved as a figure of a recumbent goat grasping a sprig of lingzhi in its mouth; the third is carved as a coiled snake, the whitish stone with a few small russet inclusions.
The largest 2 ¼ in. (5.7 cm.) wide
