The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.

- a section has been restuck with gold repair
- a small knock with associated hairline extending from the mouth to the body
- expected wear and scratches to the interior
- a firing flaw to the interior
- chips to the foot rim
- a chip to the mouth rim which is original to the manufacture
- a few glaze gaps to the exterior
the other:
- a chip with associated hairline to the mouth rim
- a few other hairlines extending from the mouth rim to the base
- a few kiln grit adhesions to the interior
- the exterior is slightly misfired and has some scattered black speckles
-the number 61111 is inscribed in black to the base
