GORYEO DYNASTY, 12TH-13TH CENTURY
Each bowl is decorated on the interior in white slip with clouds around a central chrysanthemum. The exterior is decorated with four chrysanthemum medallions in white slip, covered in celadon color glaze suffused with crackles. The small jar is of globular form, decorated on the exterior with a band of chrysanthemum. Together with a small Buncheong dish, Joseon dynasty, 15th-16th century, decorated on the interior in white slip with chrysanthemums and rings and covered in a glaze of greenish-brown color, and a small celadon-glazed jar, 20th century.
8 ¼, 7 3/8, 6 1/8, and 3 3/8 in. (21, 18.7, 15.6 and 8.6 cm.) diam.
