The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pencil on paper. The reverse of the sheet is hinged at the upper corners to the mat support. The left edge serrated, consistent with removing from the artist's sketchbook. Some pale discolouration of the sheet, associated with a few scattered minute spots of foxing in places. A minute nick at the upper left corner. It is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally very good condition.

Graphite sur papier. Le revers de la feuille est maintenu par des charnières sur les coins supérieurs à un carton de montage. Le bord gauche est perforé, ce qui est du au fait que l'oeuvre ait été retirée d'un carnet à dessins. Légère décoloration de la feuille, associée à quelques rares et minuscules piqûres éparses par endroits. Une minuscule encoche sur le coin supérieur gauche.Selon notre opinion cette œuvre apparait en très bonne condition générale.
