The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pencil on paper. Hinged to the mount in two places at the upper reverse sheet edge. Some pale discoloration mainly along the extreme sheet edges. The sheet stems from the artist's sketchbook as visible from the uneven left sheet edge. A few pale foxmarks in places, mainly in the left part of the composition. The pencil is very strong throughout. It is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally very good condition.

Grahite sur papier. Le revers de la feuille est maintenu par des charnières sur le bord supérieur à un carton de montage. Légère décoloration de la feuille principalement ves les bords. La feuille semble être issue d'un carnet à dessins comme visible sur le bord gauche irrégulier. Quelques rares petites piqûres principalement sur la partie gauche de la composition. Le graphite est très vif sur l'ensemble de la composition. Selon notre opinion cette œuvre apparait en très bonne condition générale.
