The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pencil on paper. Hinged to the mount in two places at the upper reverse sheet edge. Some pale discoloration mainly along the extreme sheet edges. The sheet stems from the artist's sketchbook as visible from the uneven left sheet edge. A few pale foxmarks in places, outside the compositions. The pencil is strong throughout. It is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.

Graphite sur papier. Le revers de la feuille est maintenue par des charnières sur le bord supérieur à un support. Légère décoloration de la feuille principalement à l'extrémité des bords. La feuille semble avoir été retirée d'un carnet à dessins comme visible sur le bord gauche irrégulier. Quelques légères piqûres par endroits, hors de la composition. Le graphite est vif sur l'ensemble de la composition. Selon notre opinion cette œuvre apparait en bonne condition générale.
