The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture. In the upper part of the scroll there are some minor dirt spots. Some short horizontal creases visible along the left edge. In the central figure, some light loss of pigment. A short tear near the bottom-left corner has been repaired. Paper seems overall weathered. It is in our opinion that this work is in very good to excellent condition.
