Pine and Cliff

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Extensive areas of paper loss which have been repaired, particularly along the upper and lower edges and the left hand side. Some discoloration visible. Short horizontal creases and minor foxing throughout. The color of the paper appears faded. It is in our opinion that this work is in fair to very good condition.
