One page, 360 x 285mm (some adhesive remnants just above seal, minor tear repaired with tape on the verso).

Lincoln appoints Charles W. Rand as attorney for the district of New Hampshire. Countersigned by William SEWARD (1801-1872) as Secretary of State.
