Duranti's handbook to the symbolism of Church ritual. This treatise was a vital source of information on the liturgy of the Latin church, witnessed by its continued popularity into the Renaissance. The first edition was printed by Fust and Schoeffer at Mainz in 1459. Goff D-440; BMC V 421; BSB-Ink D-356; GW 9143.

Chancery folio (288 x 193mm). 138 leaves. Woodcut calendrical diagram at end (dampstaining, a few other marks). Early 19th?-century decorated sheep over flexible boards, red and black sprinkled edges, title stamped on spine (worn at extremities). Provenance: early deleted inscription on title – inscription of Del Collegio de Calcagirence Bibliothece on Tabula.
