Set no 104 of 110, containing 25 manuscript and printed leaves from famous books, in original portfolio. Includes manuscript leaves of Aristotle and Livy, and printed leaves from the Nuremberg Chronicle, the 1491 Dante, and more. A complete contents list is available upon request.

20 leaves, various sizes, each hinged to uniform card window mounts (470 x 332mm). 3 leaves in manuscript, 2 of which on vellum and one with small illumination; the remainder printed on paper, some with woodcut illustration; each with printed paper slip identifying contents (lacking contents leaf, some caption slips slightly toned); all in original sienna portfolio with ties (slightly squished).
