First edition of this vegetarian work, a "cookery-garden book with excellent recipes for unusual dishes of all sorts flavoured with the ever useful pot herbs grown so universally in the 17th century" (Hunt). The folding table lists 35 salad ingredients. Hunt 401, Wing E3480.
