First edition of this folio collection of Donne's sermons, which includes the first printing of Izaak Walton’s "The life and death of Dr Donne." Keynes 29.

Folio (334 x 210mm). Frontispiece (frontispiece with loss at margins and laid down, title page strengthened at gutter, some staining to first and last leaves and intermittently throughout, lacking final blank Cccc8). Later calf (rebacked).. Provenance: Jo. Hay dated 1641 (ownership inscription to title page and annotations throughout).
