Tasting Note:
Strong deep nose of dried fruits and Indian spices, touch reserved, needed time to open up in the glass. Dried banana leaf and tropical fruit tone, with just the right concentration to lift up the nose. Rounded off-dry start of taste, giving more fruits and richness before the fine long acidity takes over. On the finish the fruit comes back and fully expands like a fruit bomb before gently fading out. The taste is especially impressive – E.V.
